Mindfulness

Being present without judgement in every moment

We invite you to Nurturing Me mindfulness event

Are you a person who works in the social field? Are there times where you feel overwhelmed by what’s going on in your life? Do you find it difficult to connect with your ‘self’ and tap into your inner resources? Do you care about yourself?

During this mindfulness event, we will be connecting with our inner self and exploring who we really are, shaped by our lived experiences. We will have time to pause and be present with our thoughts, emotions, behaviour and needs.

Through various mindfulness practices we will have the opportunity to connect and embrace our own ‘self’ in a gentle non-judgmental way, allowing our inner self to be cared for and nurtured.

Nurturing Me is the first mindfulness event as part of the Programme ‘ReachIn.mt’ organized by Reach Co-op, a social cooperative set up to promote the wellbeing of individuals coming from different walks of life.

Date: Tuesday 28 June, 2022
Time: 9am – 3pm
Venue: Villa Sunset Oasis, Bingemma Road, Imġarr, Malta
Discounted Price: €60 instead of €70, including lunch and coffee breaks (one-time special offer)

About Reach Coop

Reach Co-op was set up to promote the wellbeing of individuals coming from different walks of life. REACH Co-op’s intention is to be run on the lines of a social co-operative, and therefore all surpluses will not be shared by the members but will be used to support, in part, the operations of the Karl Vella Foundation.

The founding members are a multi-disciplinary team of persons with a keen interest in psychology, psycho-therapy, social work, management, pedagogy, social enterprises and cooperatives. This will ensure that the co-operative will have a solid ground whereby it may be in an advantageous position to integrate social enterprise values within the business aspect.

The first project of Reach Co-op is ReachIn.mt
